Baker Mayfield's last-second Hail Mary carried Grant Foster onto the end zone's back line. Foster caught the pass but his foot landed half on the line, half in the field. The official on the spot ruled the pass incomplete, and Pflugerville held on for a 23-20 win in a game long on drama.
