The Coyotes charged into the Alamodome undefeated, looking to take down the Cavaliers. Much of the Alice community came with them, filling half of the dome’s lower level and producing one of the more raucous scenes the Cavaliers faced in their run. But the Coyotes’ bite couldn’t match their bark. Garrett Gilbert torched Alice with his legs, rushing for 126 yards and five touchdowns, two after Alice had cut a 35-10 lead to 35-32.
